It's always been affordable and has stood the test of time! It will always be a staple in my medicine cabinet. It is and will continue to be My go to for pain relief.

Tried this product and this is all I need it takes care of my headache and I don't have to worry about taking to much other meds to get it gone!

They are easy to swallow and do not leave an after taste. Will definitely be my go-to for a headache from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer, everytime I get a headache I always just reached for acetaminophen or ibuprofen, I never thought to take a headache specific product and I'd always end up having to just go to sleep after to actually make my headache go away. When I took this Excedrin extra strength headache I could feel the pain starting to let up in about 30 minutes and my headache was completely gone in a little over an hour which never usually happens. This is absolutely going to be what I reach for for headaches from now on.

I was 'made aware ' of Excedrin MIGRAIN TABLETS years ago ...and it WORKED. AND IT WORKED WITHIN 15 MINUTES AT MOST! In past years, Excedrin EXTRA STRENGTH has come out. The pharmacist said it is the 'same' as the Migrain only 'different ' direction on dosage. I now have lower back pains...as well as not so often Migrains but a head 'suffed' which incapacitates me. I have no clue why Doctors don't suggest this Extra Strength...the only thing i could get out of them is it has caffeine and may keep me awake. All I know is i do refrain as much as possible to take any OTC or medicines...but if i want to 'function' for the day (the lower back 'pain' disappears.yes,.there is still discomfort...but i can handle that..plus the head clears up )...all this takes maybe 15 minutes...sometimes shorter/ sometimes longer. BUT THANK G-D FOR EXCEDRIN EXTRA STRENGTH! P.S. I will take only one in the morning...sometimes two if I am desperate and have lots to do. IT WORKS !ITWORKS! IT WORKS! BELIEVE ME 'IT WORKS!!!!' and i don't take it 'every' day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always turn to excedrin for the toughest headaches. The addition of caffeine is what does the trick i think. I took this last time I had a doozy of a headache and an hour later I realized that at some point it disappeared.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a effective product at relieving headaches. Give it about 30-45 to work. The caplet size is like a medium size. Not too big to swallow. Only need to take 2 every 6 hours which lasts longer than Tylenol or Advil.

If you're looking for an effective product that will help out with any sort of ache, this is it! While I can't speak for major aches, I think these can still help. Just be sure to take in moderation or follow the directions in the back.

Also, they were easy to swallow! I looked up the price and would say it's very reasonable, so i will most likely reach for these for future headaches and will purchase in the near future.
