I have had bad headaches for years and I have tried everything to help get rid of them but Excedrin is the only thing that will relieve my headaches completely and quickly. Took 2 pills with the onset of a headache coming on with 10-15 min I could feel relief already which was fantastic. The only medication that works for my headaches. It has a nice coating so it's easy to swallow and easy on your stomach. I'll reach for this over the regular strength medication. Very effective and works fast! It has no scent. The packing is convenient and easy to carry in my bag. The packaging was easy to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game changer, everytime I get a headache I always just reached for acetaminophen or ibuprofen, I never thought to take a headache specific product and I'd always end up having to just go to sleep after to actually make my headache go away. When I took this Excedrin extra strength headache I could feel the pain starting to let up in about 30 minutes and my headache was completely gone in a little over an hour which never usually happens. This is absolutely going to be what I reach for for headaches from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Literally did not help me at all. It just made it worse. The Saint was pretty slight, although durability in my stomach. I needed to go to the restroom a lot, and I'd say that the value it is outside of Influenster. It is quite expensive

The addition of caffeine proved beneficial in alleviating discomfort. The bottle was very easy to open and I intend to keep these on hand.

It works well, and I need just one dose for me to get relief. I would just put it out there that this contains aspirin, so those on blood thinners or clotting issues should ask their Dr before taking or using it.

From time to time I would get a headache and although I'm not a fan of using a lot of medication. The Excedrin helps to keep the headaches away. Fast relief and works almost immediately. Will be using again.
