I've tried so many pain reliever and nothing works , except Excedrin extra strength. This is the only pain reliever that works. My go to medicine and works the best for me.

If I'm experiencing some hard core pain that is keeping me awake I reach for the Excedrin. Make sure to take it with a glass of milk because it's hard on the stomach.
