Excedrin is honestly a life saver. I work in front of computers all day, and sometimes that messes with your eyes. Which in turn, causes a headache. Excedrin saves my life.

This medicine is very effective when I have a headache. There is no gross after taste and it's super reasonable in price. This works better than most pain relievers in my opinion.

I believe the Excedrin extra strength is the best pain reliever out there although I don't take medicine very often at all but when i really need something for a headache or cramps this works really well and very fast acting in my opinion

This isn't my first go to pain reliever. I prefer Advil because it less invasive in my stomach, this one always leaves and stomach burn after I take it. But it works really fast and it isn't too expensive for an OTC pain reliever:

Only thing that helps when I have a headache anymore. Ibuprofen doesn't seem to cut it. Very effective and the caffeine in the medicine doesn't affect me as I am finally able to get sleep after I take this medicine.

This works better than most over the counter pain relievers. It does not have NSAID in this which is what i am allergic to in other brands like advil or alieve.

I get a lot of headaches, for unknown reasons and this is the only medicine that actually works. I swear by it! Its kinda pricey unfortunately! But when nothing else works what can you do? I would definitely recommend!

As someone with frequent migraines as a result of an injury, this product changed my life. The only way to relieve a headache. As regular pain medicine does not complete the task.

This is the only medication that takes my headaches away. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to kick in and bring relief. It does have caffeine in it though so don't take on a empty stomach if you are sensitive
