For some reason excedrin, even though the ingredients are similar to Advil /ibuprofen-- this stuff is the only thing that really gives me the relief I need !

I take this all the time for my headaches and it really works great. I use it a few times a week and it could be a little cheaper and I do buy the off brand most of the time. I would recommend anyone try it if they suffer from headaches.

I don't know if it's the placebo effect, but nothing kills a headache like Excedrin. I don't get many headaches and they're usually fairly mild, but for some reason other pain relievers don't do the trick like this one does.
