Works well! Fast release and gets rid of any kind of headache. Sometimes the caffeine in it is a down side when you want to take it at night but overall a good product! In my opinion I find it more effective than others. Would buy again!

Loveeeee this stuff . Sometimes I get headaches that just won't go away ! But with exceeding extra strength I know it'll be under control in an hour or less. This is like finding gold when my head is pounding out of control

This pain reliever is amazing. It seriously gets the job done. Compared to Tylenol or Advil or any other extra strength pain meds, this one is the best. It's super affordable and it simply is just amazing.

These work amazing! I usually get the liquid or gel type just because I feel like they work a lot better and faster. These are my go to for everything; back pain, headaches.

I feel like this is the most effective medicine for getting rid of my headaches. It must be the caffeine. I also like these because they don't upset my stomach like so many other pain pills. 

I get headaches/migraines a lot! This is the only over the counter medicine I have going that gets rid of my headache. Just wish when I was pregnant I could of taken this instead of another brand that did not touch the headaches.

i used this a couple of times and both times they just seemed to not be effective for me. they also gave me an upset tummy. i dont recommend. it was a waste to me 

This stuff is legit the best pain reliever. It's even taken the place of my Midol for my cramps during that time in the month. I don't take pain medicine that often but when I do it's this!

I have used this many many time. Works great everytime. Its what I turn to when it is needed. In the past have tried other products. But once i found this never tried anything else. Because it works
