This is the one pain reliever that works when nothing else does. When it says "extra strength" it means it. Works great for a headaches, joint, and muscles aches. Highly recommend to others. Works great and will continue to buy and use as needed.

I take these when I'm on my menstral cycle , I usually get really bad cramps that make me feel like I can't get out of bed and when I take this medicine it immediately helps me to feel better and this is one of my must haves in my medicine cabinet !

Excedrin is one of my go to ache meds, helps with any pain I've ever had. I especially like the back & body ones, I would say it works faster than most other brands and you can find it at any grocery/retailer.

My go to headache relief. These seem to be the only thing that really helps headache go away. They are fast acting and keeps keeps my headache away for hours.

These work wonders but make me shaky due to the amount of caffeine in these. Bough once and I learned my lesson. If I weren't so sensitive to caffeine, I would have loved them

Excedrin is good for period cramps, I take two and it lasts for up to six to eight hours. You don't feel any pain or weird side effects it just gets tidbit the pain.

When I have a headache I reach for excedrin extra strength. Time after time it has helped with all of my headaches. Takes around 20 minutes to feel the full effects but it works every time

I keep this brand in stock. I have prescription medication for migraines that I rely on, but there is no better than Excedrin Extra Strength for daily headaches

This is the only medication that touches my back pain. I just wish it wasn't so full of side effects from long term use. My back pain is chronic and these help a lot on days I find it hard to get out of bed but I wouldn't take it every day.
