These are great...they work on pain fast; very effective..I highly recommend these...dont suffer with aches& pains try these.....I would improve them by making them work faster...They met my expectations..Very satisfied overall...

Excedrin is my go to for all aches, pains, and headaches! It even helped when I got my wisdom teeth pulled more than the medicine the dentist prescribed me! I would recommend this to anyone in need of a reliable pain reliever!

I love by this stuff. Whenever I have a headache I take two of these and my headache is gone in less than an hour! I love it and wouldn't use any other for headaches

For headaches, this is my go-to. My doctor actually advised me to move away from ibuprofen for headaches due to the amount I was having to take. I've been able to take regular doses with great success.

When I have a headache I reach for excedrin extra strength. Time after time it has helped with all of my headaches. Takes around 20 minutes to feel the full effects but it works every time

This is the only medicine that recently helped me get rid of a pressure headache caused by a sinus infection that I had for two weeks and I only took it three times and after the third time the pressure didn't come back.

If I have a really bad headache this is my go to! I've been impressed with how it helps with my headache. I only use it when I have a headache and I'd say maybe once a month. Overall I like it personally.

This brand has never disappointed me. Any headache I have had can be fixed by using this medicine. It is a miracle worker and it doesn't make me feel caffeinated like other brands do. I will buy again.

For a longtime I used Tylenol or Aleve for my usually 2x weekly headaches I suffer from with little relief until a girlfriend of mine suggested this. Amazingly, it works! I'm now a convert. 🙌
