Excedrin is always a go to when I have that unbearable head ache. I don't get them often but when I do I need fast relief. This is the one I reach for every Time and it always helps take Way the unbearable pain.

This medicine is very effective when I have a headache. There is no gross after taste and it's super reasonable in price. This works better than most pain relievers in my opinion.

This works better than most over the counter pain relievers. It does not have NSAID in this which is what i am allergic to in other brands like advil or alieve.

Only thing that helps when I have a headache anymore. Ibuprofen doesn't seem to cut it. Very effective and the caffeine in the medicine doesn't affect me as I am finally able to get sleep after I take this medicine.

I take this all the time for my headaches and it really works great. I use it a few times a week and it could be a little cheaper and I do buy the off brand most of the time. I would recommend anyone try it if they suffer from headaches.

For some reason excedrin, even though the ingredients are similar to Advil /ibuprofen-- this stuff is the only thing that really gives me the relief I need !
