Excedrin is always a go to when I have that unbearable head ache. I don't get them often but when I do I need fast relief. This is the one I reach for every Time and it always helps take Way the unbearable pain.

This isn't my first go to pain reliever. I prefer Advil because it less invasive in my stomach, this one always leaves and stomach burn after I take it. But it works really fast and it isn't too expensive for an OTC pain reliever:

This works better than most over the counter pain relievers. It does not have NSAID in this which is what i am allergic to in other brands like advil or alieve.

Excedrin has always worked the best for my headaches. It has caffeine in it and I think thats what makes the difference between Excedrin and over pain relievers

Great for headaches and back pain! The package is distinct so it's easy to find at the store but the price point is a little steep. Look for it when it's on sale and stock up!

Holy Grail!!! I never tried these until month ago. I had horrible headache that regular stuff wasn't touching and this worked wondering. And now u us whenever I need and don't have to go without pain meds not working.

These are the medicine I reach for when I'm having the kind of head pain that makes it impossible to do ANYTHING but lay in bed and cry. When I take these they completely get rid of my headaches and make me feel so much better!

Excedrin is the best thing ever for a bad head ache or any pain. It is the only thing that works for most of my family. We should have bought stock in it!! My parents almost exclusively buy excedrin for headaches and migraines.
