I purchased your product because I didn't know ubiquinol was fat soluble in it's normal form. I'm taking yours because I can take it with any kind of food. I just got it today ,I won't know for a while now it help. I'm taking it on your word for now.

At that time it was a tablet taken with a fat or oil (his choice was peanut butter), it helped him for 17yrs. but finally the dystrophy took him from us. I now take CoQ10 with a statin I've been prescribed.

Prior to this product, I tried a different supplier's version of ubiquinol and felt no difference. So, I was skeptical upon trying this product. One star off because the pill, while smooth, is large/long and can be hard to swallow.

I eat a healthy diet, for the most part, exercise and walk every day, but taking a supplement that will offset the Statin I must take to help regulate my Cholesterol is so important.
