I don't think there are any side effects. I have no way of knowing how much good they are doing but this is the brand I buy and will continue to purchase.

As we all know, the market is awash in thousands of nutritional supplements, making it difficult to make smart decisions and easy to waste money on products you don't need. After my doctor recommended that I take CoQ10, I researched many and tried several products before finding Qunol. I'm glad I found Qunol because it's: 1) highly recommended within my local medical community; 2) highly recommended by friends who take the product; 3) readily available and reasonably priced; and 4) made by a company I can trust. I highly recommend Qunol Ubiquinol. I wouldn't use it if I wasn't convinced of its effectiveness and safety. Many thanks for such a great product.

Ultimately I found this and now I don't have any more leg cramps. I mean, my cramps were debilitating. I could't sleep at all. Thanks to Qunol CoQ10 I can get a good nights sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take two softgels per day, one in a.m. one in p.m. I always feel better when I take it than when I don't. I wonder why the ingredients contain sorbitol and 6mg of Vit C. It's so little bit C to have any real benefit.

I tried some of the cheaper products but decided to use this brand after reading the reviews. I can't tell how much is being absorbed by my body, so I just have to trust that this manufacturer is being upfront about their claims of a higher absorption rate. Today I bought the "Ultra CoQ10" by this manufacturer. It is supposed to give 3X the absorption rate of the "Mega" Qunol brand.

I don't have any empirical data to attest to Qunol's efficacy, but since my surgery I have climbed Mt St Helens twice and My Kilimanjaro to 13,000 feet and will be attempting another African mountain in November.
