I have narcolepsy and remember almost ALWAYS having to take daily naps. That was many months ago. Now I'm hoping to decrease my blood pressure Med soon. But it certainly MUST be the reason I now have better ability to breathe while running or swimming! I'll continue this product long term.

I take anywhere between 200 to 300 milligrams a day and have no problems with muscle pain when I go hiking or biking. really happy with it.

In that time I have improved so much! I would like to take their turmeric but I simply cannot afford it. The ubiqunol is very expensive and I am on a severely limited SSI amount; however I will not give up this product even if I have to do without other things. I highly recommend it! Cindi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on Statins for 25 years and was suffering from all kinds of side effects. including muscle pain, and the beginnings of congestive heart failure. My CoQ10 levels were extremely low. I started taking the Qunol CoQ10 and 30 days later had my blood tested for CoQ10 levels and they were well above the normal range. This product is extremely well absorbed. The swelling in my legs has gone, as well as my irregular heart beat.

In 2017 I had a Stent placed in my left ventricle and my Statins were bumped up to 40mg. This increase caused me a lot of problems with muscle aches, lack of energy, and problems with my liver efficiency. A friend of mine suggested that I try CoQ10 to combat the issues. I tried 3 different brands and had little relief. I read about Qunol Mega Ubiquinol and started using it daily, and all of the side effects of the Statins decrease or ceased entirely. It is important to note that I take my Statin at bedtime to give it overnight to work. I take the Qunol in the mornings with breakfast to replenish the CoQ10 that was depleted overnight. I am very happy with this brand and I will be a loyal user as long as I have to take Statins.
