I can tell a real difference in my exercise regimen in that I have better stamina and endurance. I'm 57 years old and an avid cyclist. I have more energy and can go longer distances without fatigue. As I write this, I'm about to ride the 2018 Tour De Gap ride and race in beautiful Buffalo Gap, TX. I will definitely be taking my Qunol early in the morning before launch! I began taking Qunol for its heart benefits, because there is a history of heart disease in my family. But the extra energy and endurance have kept me taking it. Lood pressure went from high to the normal range. I sleep better, I just feel better all around. Pills are slender and easy to swallow. Its pricey, for my budget, but worth it!
