I like the size and gel type supplements that are similar to this. It is easy to swallow and I prefer this to a chewable type. Seems to help with daily boosts of energy.

However, I find the capsule easy to swallow despite its large size. I would prefer to take two smaller ones instead of one large caps if that were an option, though.

The recommendation to use this product was from my cardiologist. Having been on the product, I have maintained excellent cardiac health and maintain my exercise stamina on a daily basis. I credit Qunol Ubiquinol with a fair portion of the positive results. I eat a healthy diet, for the most part, exercise and walk every day, but taking a supplement that will offset the Statin I must take to help regulate my Cholesterol is so important. My research has shown me that Ubiquinol is the best CoQ10, and Qunol is the best I have found.
