I have disobeyed doctors orders for years in regards to taking statins because every time I took them I would have muscle problems. I don't know why -- is it the easier absorption? It may also help that I only take the supplement -- 100 mg of ubiquinol -- every other day. And I skip it on days when I cannot be as physically active.
