This is the active form of coenzyme Q10, closer to the COQ10 your body makes on its own. The pharmacist recommended this one when i started taking a statin. It helps with aches and pains statins are known to cause when you take these types of drugs.

I was disappointed to open the large bottle to find it only about 1/3 full. It was deceptively misleading making me think, although expensive, was a good value. They are not soft gels, they are caplets and though I don’t know if it makes a difference in efficacy, the description is misleading.

So far, so good. I take my CoQ10 after evening meal or with crackers. When I took it before bed, I found it kept me awake. It has made the biggest difference in the leg cramps that can happen when taking statins. I was using another papular brand with no complaints, but my tummy seems to like this brand better. Plus Wal-mart took less time to deliver than Amazon.

this is the best CO!10- and one heart specialist recommend-- most wont do that on any of them- also good to take at night-- sure there are a lot of cheaper ones- but your heart needs the best-- and there is another Qunol- - its ultra coQ10 - and its good - but if you can just get one-but make sure it says UBiquinol after name at top of box

Started taking a statin drug 4 months ago. Started having servere muscle pain after three months on the statin. I am a very active person and take no other medications. Since starting a daily dosage of the Ubiquinl Q10, I am no longer experiencing any muscle discomfort.

An excellent product, because of how well it is absorbed. Very reasonably priced, considering you could pay as much (if not more) for a product that is not as well absorbed. I count on the quality of this product for both my general well-being, and my cardiac health. I trust the Qunol brand, and have used their brand of Ubiquinol for quite some time now.

I do not recommend this as it contains polysorbate 80. I didn't realize until I had an inflammatory reaction to it, this is a common 'problem' ingredient so if you have any inflammatory problems (or even if you don't) I recommend finding a different brand for this supplement.

I take Qnol Ubiquinol to help keep my heart healthy. Since I have to take a statin drug, I know this lowers CoQ10 in my body, and we need that since it is so important for our hearts. I chose Qnol because it is better absorbed and used in my body. It doesn't matter what you swallow if you don't properly absorb the nutrients. This is better than regular CoQ10 and works wonderfully! I will continue to purchase this product!

I've been using this for so long, I'd be afraid to stop now! I did quite a bit of extensive research to decide which CoQ10 to use (and there a LOT of them out there!) Qunol seemed to have everything I was looking for, so I started taking it regularly approximately 10 years ago. Still taking it, so it must be doing some good!

When this product arrived, the bottom of the bottle was swollen so it doesn't sit flat and the soft gels were all stuck together. My husband put the bottle in the refrigerator for a while and then manually separated the soft gels. We hope the efficacy and/or potency have not been affected.
