I will buy this product again, but am unsure about the dosage. I started taking once per day and perceived an increase in energy, but that seems to have subsided. I don't want to take 2 because then that might also subside. Is one really sufficient and everything else - initial reaction of being energized - all in my mind?

I gave this product five stars because I've always used this brand and never had a problem. I took the CoQ10 product for over twenty five years. I haven't taken this product long enough to rate it but the older you get, this is the form you should take, Ubiquinol, because our bodies greatly decreases in the manufacture of it, which is an aid for our heart, and especially if it runs in the family history like mine. As for taking this one, I haven't experienced any problems. As always, do your homework and question your physician when taking supplements.

I have been using Qunol for approximately (12) years. I have been into health %26 fitness all my adult life. I can feel the difference when I don't take Qunol for a few days. However, I do take a week or so rest off all supplements so my body does not become dependent on them. I also do this to flush out my kidneys and detox monthly.

I take Qnol Ubiquinol to help keep my heart healthy. Since I have to take a statin drug, I know this lowers CoQ10 in my body, and we need that since it is so important for our hearts. I chose Qnol because it is better absorbed and used in my body. It doesn't matter what you swallow if you don't properly absorb the nutrients. This is better than regular CoQ10 and works wonderfully! I will continue to purchase this product!

I have been using your CoQ10 for years. I take Qunol Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol, and have added Extra Strength Turmeric every morning as instructed by my Heart Doctor. I would feel like I did not get dressed to leave the house without taking your products. Thanks!!

So glad to be able to get this on subscription from Walmart after dealing with Amazon's "sometimes it's on subscription, sometimes it's not" M.O. My pharmacist recommended that I take this with my statin and it's really helped me with regard to muscle soreness/weakness. I prefer the already converted ubiquinol (red bottle Qunol; ubiquinone already oxidized to the bioavailable ubiquinol) vs. the ubiquinone (black bottle Qunol; requires oxidation), as it is reportedly more difficult for persons over 40 years of age to efficiently do this conversion. Am so glad to be able to get this on subscription here!

The ingredients are what I was looking for. Softgels are SO much easier to swallow. If what I'm looking for comes in a softgel, that's the one I'll choose. I especially dislike stuff in two-part capsules - they are horrible to try to swallow. I think they must be cheaper to make. Even a large softgell is much easier to swallow (although I'd much rather take two small softgels than one large one. This brand also has the best form of CoQ10 and a good lab.

I do not recommend this as it contains polysorbate 80. I didn't realize until I had an inflammatory reaction to it, this is a common 'problem' ingredient so if you have any inflammatory problems (or even if you don't) I recommend finding a different brand for this supplement.

I have been taking Qunol Q10 (red label) for years. It gives me more energy than I had previously, but not bouncing off of the walls. I don't "feel" ansy, it's just when I get up to start a task, it's easy to push through and finish, because I have the energy. This brand of Q10 absorbs into the body efficiently.
