It seems to have minimized the periodic muscle weakness I would get that I think was caused by Lipitor. I only gave it 4 stars because I believe it works but I have no actual proof.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first heard of ubiquinol about six years ago and as I've been taking Co Enzyme Q 10 since the mid eighties (I was only able to get it from The Life Extension Foundation and the dosage was 30mg) it was very expensive at that time through the next few decades the price went down. In the early 2000's I started using the Qunol brand of Co Q 10 and was very happy with the product - finding ubiquinol was the icing on the cake. Now I'm getting a higher effective dose and it's less expensive in the long run. Thank you very much for your product.

If I double up on my Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 for a few days prior to traveling to the mountains and continue during my stays at higher altitudes, I can avoid these headaches and I feel much better during my trips to the mountains.
