Does it make us feel better -- happier, more energetic? I don't know, don't care. That isn't the point. We don't take the product with some expectation of euphoria or expectation of looking in the mirror and suddenly seeing no wrinkles. I take this with the same mindset that I take all supplements: That in the long term constant use will prevent or mitigate disease or deterioration, that it will stop or reduce the rate of deterioration of the body. IT is a long term investment, and if there are immediate positive effects as well, that is just icing on the cake.

Qunol especially fills the bill because it is the active, water and fat soluble form of CoQ10, so it is much more absorbable, and I am not wasting my money.
