I am 59 years old and I can tell in the past when I did not take it the difference on how I fell. I choose to take it every day and it keeps me feeling good. I have not found a better product for what it does health wise for me on the market.

We have used many other forms of coq 10. Quail seems to be the best as we see a differenc in energy level in our daughter who takes this to help fight free radicals that her body doesn’t take care of on its own due to her condition.
