I actually watched them dissolve another product I used in a glass next to a glass with the Qunol brand and the rate of absorbtion was remarkable enough to make me switch to this brand! I have made all my family members and friends who take Ubiquinol switch too. I give this as a gift to friends who complain to me about feeling run down. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

But I am not sure if it is because of the CQ10 gel caps or if it is because I am trying a new stretching process after my workout. I am not feeling as tired, during the day, as before taking these gel caps, but I need more time to see how I feel in the long run.

In looking at them, some of them have "bubbles" on the surface and apparently have been leaking. The bottle has been kept safe and dry, just like always. Please advise.

Upon reading that Qunol Mega can be absorbed by the body with just water vs having to eat something containing some type of fat or oil, we decided to try it.
