During the first month, I had a significant drop in my chronic migraine headaches and this has continued to date. At first I did not put two and two together but, come to find out, CoQ10 has been shown to lower the incidence of migraines. I have taken other CoQ products and not experienced this; I am thinking that the current good results might derive from the fact that Qunol Is more readily available to one's body. Of course, I cannot prove anything but I am going to keep taking it and just enjoy the continuing good results!!

I don't know if this is related to taking this product, however, I am 62 yo and have consistently been told by 25 yo to 50 yo that they don't see me as old as I am due to level of energy and positive attitude. Is it really doing me any good? Hard to say but I am 77yr old and I work 10 - 12 hours a day, 4 -5 days a week if that is any indication. At any rate, it sure can't hurt.0
