I've never taken another brand Since I found Ubiquinol 8 years ago...I won't take anything else. It takes a few weeks, but within a month I noticed a gradual shift in strength, and stamina. Statins are worth it for me, but this should be prescribed with them.

Does it make us feel better -- happier, more energetic? I don't know, don't care. That isn't the point. We don't take the product with some expectation of euphoria or expectation of looking in the mirror and suddenly seeing no wrinkles. I take this with the same mindset that I take all supplements: That in the long term constant use will prevent or mitigate disease or deterioration, that it will stop or reduce the rate of deterioration of the body.
