[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stared to use co Q10 after I saw the benefits advertised for quite sometime, then my Dr. recommended Qunol, which I have been using for many years. It is easy to use, swallowing is easy & I absorb it extremely well, it does not repeat on me, and most of all it helps my cholesterol levels & heart.. I also use turmeric capsules separately. I have also seen this advertised as a combination, which I will try after completing my Qunol.

I feel that the better absorption greatly increases the concentration of coenzyme q 10 in my system as it has reduced the muscle pain associated with the Red Yeast rice over what the plain coenzyme Q10 did.

After a period of time, I realized that my brain was getting foggy again and my ability to respond to stress was making me feel like I couldn't think anymore. I went back on it and my brain started to react and function much better. I will never be back at my younger brain, but my older brain works much better now that I am on again. Who knows how to evaluate the effectiveness of a dietary supplement. I was persuaded by the representation that it is No. 1 recommended by cardiologists. How this was determined would be interesting to know. Bottom line, you generally get what you pay for. When it comes to my heart health, if spending a little more for a better product will keep me alive longer, it is definitely worth the money.
