It seemed that within just a few weeks, I had the energy to return to my walking routine (4-7 miles per day), In addition, I noted that I no longer needed a foundation product to even out the tones of my facial skin. THough I do not know if this is related, but I had an amazingly quick recovery from a torn meniscus (knee issue), which we thought would require surgery.
