[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like it's a good product, I have heard that ubiquinol is better for absorption than Co q-10. I don't know how to tell how much it is positively affecting me, but I figured to err on the safe side.

However, after an appointment with my internist, she strongly suggested that I change to Qunol since it's not only a much better product but is absorbed by the body in a more efficient manner. Previously, I believed that a vitamin was a vitamin, a mineral was a mineral, and so forth, not particularly paying attention to brand names. My doctor said that this may be the case with some products, but with CoQ10, the brand name does make a difference. Yes, it's more expensive, but Qunol works so much better than any other brand. I'm sticking with it!!

An additional benefit Qunol has provided is my blood pressure is alway perfect now. I credit the Qunol since i have added or changed anything else.

I wasn't a believer until taking it the first time and noticed I did have an increase in energy. Great price and product.

My husband and I take this twice daily along with fish oil. We are both in our 60s and have HDL numbers in the 70s. Our Dr. tells us to keep doing what we're doing .I highly recommend the Qunol Ubiquinol .Its easy to swallow as well .We will take this the rest of our lives for heart health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking this product 5 years ago after a mild stroke. I now take a statin drug to lower my cholesterol. My Cardiologist suggested that I start taking Ubiquinol to replace the fist oil supplement that I had taken for years. I take one capsule every day. I feel great and have no adverse effects from it and I appreciate the fact that it does not have a "fishy" taste like my previous supplement.
