We each take one capsule per day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product however I don’t like it has sorbitol and sunflower oil. It is also a spendy. The only reason I bought it was because it was the only one available that was healthy and no artificial ingredients.

I've been taking Mega Ubiquinol for over two years - together with exercise, my blood pressure and cholesterol have improved tremendously! My doctor didn't tell me about it, but recommends I keep taking it. I tell all my friends about the benefits of this product!
