[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad told be about Qunol years ago. When he was diagnosed with an inoperable heart valve problem, the doctors gave him about 2 weeks to live. He increased his Qunol to about 6 capsules a day, and he lived one more year to the amazement of the doctors. This proved to me there is something profound in the ability of Qunol to help the heart (even a very damaged one). My husband and I take it every day because we have the genetic markers for heart disease. My husband has been able to keep his ejection fraction stable (at 40)over the last 5 years and he is also able to work out and walk for an hour and a half without getting exhausted. I am a believer in the quality and effectiveness of Qunol.

After a physical he reviewed my blood report and found I didn't have the right amount of magnesium. Magnesium Oxide isn't a true form of magnesium while COQ10 isn't the best form.
