I went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I was sent to a major trauma center and in about four days, they put me on a regimen of 6 different drugs designed to lower my blood pressure to hear normal levels. After about six months of a significant exercise and a conscious change in diet, my pressure, which I measure daily, we're normal. I was noticing side effects from the parks and investigated nutritional options to assist my current therapy.
