I have not been taking it that long but so far I have been happy with how easily the pills digest. I'm taking Qunol Ubiquinol because someone recommended that it might help address some muscle issues I'm having. I will update outcomes in a month.

Over the last 13 yrs of taking Statin drugs, the muscle cramps were very painful and debilitating at times, until about 3 yrs ago a friend of mine told me to try Qunol. Doctor recommended to off set the ill's of taking statin drugs. It really helps to combat the statins side effects. I have disobeyed doctors orders for years in regards to taking statins because every time I took them I would have muscle problems. Well, I'm getting older now and my doctor convinced me that my cholesterol must come down. In the past, I only made it two weeks then I would stop because of some sort of muscle pain or weekness. Well, I've been on 20 mg of Crestor for about two months now with no muscle problems. I attribute this to taking two of these ubiquinol pills per day. Im going to have to lay off soon due to knee surgery, but as soon as I'm cleared, I will continue to take this product. It works.
