However one of the short comings of most "CQ10" brands is the "slow, or lack of" absorption into the body. After questioning health consultants and doing a bit of research I have determined that Qunol seems to have solved the absorption problem. I know the benefits of taking CO Q 10, and now I can be assured that I will receive those benefits more efficiently with Qunol.

I believe it has antiinflammatory properties that can help with a couple of autoimmune issues I am having, and also it is reported to have benefits for the heart. I see no downside to taking it, as I have been on it for at least four months and have noticed no unpleasant side effects. I just purchased a second bottle.

I have more energy to do all of this by taking this prior to my activity. Using this for 3 years or more has helped my tolerance to exercise. My new doctor told me to start taking CoQ10 along with the statin drug. Pharmacist recommended Quinoa Ubiquinol CoQ10. He said it was the best CoQ10 because it is absorbed by the body better than the other products. Just started taking the CoQ10 and am looking forward to better health and less muscle cramps from the statins that I need to keep taking for my high cholesterol. Diet restrictions did not help cholesterol.

You can feel swelling right away in a knee, with a loss in range of bending. As long as I take my Qunol CoQ10 daily I never have a problem. I play several racket sports, and I not only feel my knee is 100% but it prevents injury too. I love this product!
