After the first week, I started feeling less fatigued which in turn allowed me to take up my daily walks with more speed and the ability to go further. I also noticed a better mental outlook and it is much easier to fall asleep. I just purchased another bottle and will continue to take this daily. I am 74 years old and will not stop taking this. I read reviews about this brand of CoQ10 and it sounded promising. I was currently taking a generic brand of CoQ10 and was having no relief of my symptoms. I took a chance and spent a little more money because I believe self health care is worth it and tried the Qunol mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol 100 mg soft gels. After about a week I noticed my symptoms easing off and to eventually stopping. I finally have relief. If your struggling like I was do yourself a favor and try the product, what do you have to lose?

My husband and I will continue taking it because it provides a genuine increase in energy. I've taken some other brands of ubiquinol and haven't noticed the same noticeable increase in energy that I get with Qunol ubiquinol.
