I researched and found Ubiquinol was a better option as I am older (50+) and Ubiquinol is a better choice. I tried using other brands but they were inconsistent and decided to try Qunol brand. The consistency is amazing and the benefits are great, even if they only show on a blood test!

If I do not take it for 2 days in a row, for any reason, I clearly see the energy benefit it gives the other days. My only problem with it is gelatin. I use quite a few other supplements with no gelatin and I really wonder why Quten cannot make it gelatin-free. Veg capsules are also cheap these days.

We started at the initial diagnosis, and my husband has done well, still mobile for 17 years. While we can't say for sure that this supplement has been helpful, we believe that to be so.
