I've been taking this supplement on a regular basis for over three years now. I'm not on any prescribed medication at this time. I trust that my continued use of Qunol will assist me in my goal of a medicine-free lifestyle for as long as is possible. I'm 51 years old, but feel many years younger. I've been trying to deal with high cholesterol for a big part of my life. About 12 years ago they found I had arterial blockage and they put a stent in to repair it. I caught it before I had a heart attack, so if your jaw aches after physical exertion, go see a doctor. That was the symptoms I had. Well they finally convinced me to start taking statin drugs, which I'd been putting off for years. I was worried about the side effects so I did some research and found the statins were thought to damages the coq10 that your liver produces along with cholesterol. After trying several brands of COQ10 I settled with Ubqunol and have been taking it now for several years while having blood tests every 6 to 9 months. I have actually backed off on the statins some. I take them about 3 times a week instead of every day. At my last check up my cholesterol was lower than the two checkups prior to that, which surprised me because I'd been taking the statins even less than usual, but I take 200 mg of Ubqunol daily with breakfast so I don't forget. I have to admit I'm a little surprised, but I'd rather take the coq10 than the statins. I still take the statins 2 or 3 times a week, but I'm curious what my next checkup will show. To be fair my lifestyle change may have helped contribute to the lower cholesterol also since I retired a year ago.

Notice decrease in exercise ability when I haven't taken it (tire quicker, not as much pep). Heartbeat is more steady when taking Qunol.

Simply said, the other products do not compare Qunol! I ended up doing the water disolve comparison the other day when I located near emptly bottles of two other CoQ10 products in the rear of the suplement cabinet, the difference is AMAZING! ...An almost instant disolve whle the others were still blobs 3 hrs later. Clearly better digestion/absorbtion, my body thanks me every day.
