I'm not a Doctor, all I know is that it has been over 11 years since my major heart problem and have experienced no more since that original episode. Lood pressure went from high to the normal range. I sleep better, I just feel better all around. Pills are slender and easy to swallow. Its pricey, for my budget, but worth it!
