Having read out of the downside affects of statins, I looked into COQ10. After reading the reviews and doing all my research of products this one seemed to have the best of absorption over all of them. All I know is I will not use anything else from now on when it comes to COQ10this product is really really good. So good I have four of my friends using it and they like it too !
