It protects my heart, it makes me healthier, and it does so from a big bottle I don't need to replace but every two months and with capsules that are easy to swallow. There are no weird side effects, no aftertastes, no handfuls of pills to get the right dose. Just one a day with my coffee and that's it. It's recommended by my doctors as the easiest to absorb type of CoQ10. My best review is to say that I have absolutely no complaints!

He was so in emphatic about it, that he told me not to take the statin if I ran out. I tried saving money buying a cheaper brand, and was feeling aches and minor pain anyway. So I doubled up. Still, no difference. Then I switched to Qunol, and the aches and pains stopped about a week later. That’s when I learned how important ABSORPTION is when taking supplements. Thank Qunol! We started with Qunol CoQ10 but when it ran out we purchased a generic brand because it was cheaper. After only about a week, my husband noticed he was feeling a little off, more aches and pains. He thought it might be the new supplement. He returned to the Qunol brand of CoQ10 and he noticed a difference in just a few doses. We continue to purchase the Qunol brand and I have added it to my daily regiment also.
