Since statin can cause muscle cramps, he suggested supplimenting with 400 mg of CoQ10 and I have been using this ever since. The doctor was specific to use this kind (the one that ends with the letters ol) as opposed to the Q10 that ends with the letters "one". He said is is much better absorption.
