[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking CoQ10 for years, but it was only when I started taking Qunol that I saw results. The other brands weren't effective. I've been on statins to reduce cholesterol for 25 years. They reduce CoQ10 in the body. Qunol is a good replacement. Within a couple of days, leg cramps were gone. I'm now in my late 60s and finding I need to up dosage to 200 mg per day. Other statin users in my family have had the same results. It's silly that doctors don't prescribe it for people on statins.

Imagine my disappointment when I opened the bottle and all of the softgels were stuck together in such a tight lump that I absolutely cannot get them out of the bottle.
