My wife began taking the Qunol as well after I told her it relaxes me. However, for her she says it provides better mental focus. These are both unexpected and good side effects of a product made for heart health. We will continue to use this product.

I went to the urologist and he gave me a clean bill of health and he sent me to a neurologist. The neurologist told me that he believed my symptoms were all side effects of taking statins. He suggested I start taking a double dose of CoQ10. I took Qunol Ubiqunol that night. The frequent urination problems went away immediately and the neuropathy and muscle pain was all gone within a few weeks. Prior to taking CoQ10 I was changing statins approximately every 3 months. After starting my daily dose of CoQ10 I have been on the same statin for over 5 years. Taking CoQ10 has changed my life for the better!

It's a shame that this otherwise fine product would use palm oil in its formula. Palm Oil is a highly saturated oil that will raise your triglyceride and LDL levels over an extended period. Additionally, the production of palm oil is trememdously harmful to the habitat of endangered species. Please make a new formula without the use of tropical oils.

Over 70 and still feel like I did in my 50's and I want to keep it that way. We take many supplements so being able to take 1 of these and get the amount absorbed that I would be lucky to get from 3 or 4 standard formulations is a major benefit.
