I am always looking for a better performing brand of my vitamins and I found Mega CoQ10 which is an active form of C0Q10. I like it for its fast and superior absorption. I take it with fish oil and a 5000mg D3 sublingual tablet. I feel great throughout the day knowing my heart is getting the nutrients it needs to function healthy!! Other versions of CoQ10 are UbiquinONE, and are chemically KetONEs, which are NOT soluble in water. Stomach acid is an aqueous solution, so clearly Qunol will dissolve, and absorb better.

At that time it was a tablet taken with a fat or oil (his choice was peanut butter), it helped him for 17yrs. but finally the dystrophy took him from us. I now take CoQ10 with a statin I've been prescribed.
