My Wife also started taking it even though she is only on blood pressure meds, to see if it'll help lower her BP and she even benefited from lower cholesterol as well. I first began taking it on advice I heard that if one is taking a statin drug, one should also take a CoQ10 supplement. When my doctor took me off the statin drug, I continued to take the product as part of my regiment of supplements. It's easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach. I would recommend it.
