When I researched online, I found that CoQ10 may not be properly broken down / absorbed by the body as we get older. Having reached that age (and beyond), I decided the Ubiquinol produced by Qunol was what she should take and we haven't looked back. I started taking it as well just for general good health maintenance.

I also used the liquid but it is easier to remember with the softgels as you need to store the liquid in fridge and you may forget to drink it! I don't see the lowering blood pressure benefit albeit using this product for the last 2-3 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most other CoQ10 products do not have ubiquinol in the list of ingredients. My physical and I agree that unless you're CoQ10 had ubiquinol listed, your not going to reap the full benefits of taking CoQ10.

It makes no sense to buy hundreds of dollars of supplements that your body can't process, so it just ends up as waste products. You'll literally be flushing money down the drain!! Qunol supplements are easily absorbed and utilized by your body.

Formerly I took Lisinopril, which escalate my sugar level and caused various problems. I have been on Ubiquinol for 6 month and my Blood Pressure has never been better. I also have CRPS and the Ubiquinol certainly helps with the inflammation in my left fibula, resulting in decreased pain and better sleep at nights. Instead of waking up three times and being unable to return to sleep, I sleep through the nights. Such a difference. I will always take Ubiquinol and I will introduce my daughter to it. I have cardiomyopathy and been taking regular Coq10 for years! A few months ago I decide to try this product instead, nd it took a few weeks to feel the difference but I did!!!! I workout hard and heavy 4 days a week and I now feel a difference in my cardio and my ability to workout without becoming so tired mid way! This product is one I do not go without for the rest of my life!
