Take (3) a day (300 mg). Have been using this product for a long time. I have also encouraged family members to look into Qunol products. I have essential tremor and I had found an article on line that large doses of COQ10 combined with large doses of vit B-2 can help keep it in check. I agree that Unbiquinol is the only version that we can use as Ubiquinone version is not effedtive at all. great product at a great price. Dick
