There were a lot of good ones out there and I chose this one, because of the tv ads and their reviews.I feel that this was the best choice for me. The pills are large but go down easier than the ones that I take that are the same size. I will see how these work, then, will try the Turmeric.

It certainly isn't because of my diet choices, or exercise routine. I heard about this years ago on the Dr Oz show and have faithfully take it since.

He was so in emphatic about it, that he told me not to take the statin if I ran out. I tried saving money buying a cheaper brand, and was feeling aches and minor pain anyway. So I doubled up. Still, no difference. Then I switched to Qunol, and the aches and pains stopped about a week later. That’s when I learned how important ABSORPTION is when taking supplements. Thank Qunol! (And, I end up saving money because the big pharmacies run two for one deals constantly. I’m actually saving money.)

However one of the short comings of most "CQ10" brands is the "slow, or lack of" absorption into the body. After questioning health consultants and doing a bit of research I have determined that Qunol seems to have solved the absorption problem. I know the benefits of taking CO Q 10, and now I can be assured that I will receive those benefits more efficiently with Qunol.

Have not had a problem since and my heart is stronger than before the surgery. Have been taking the tablets, but switching to the liquid, will let you know how it works. My cardiologist told me do not let this LDL too low since your brain cells need it (LDL). I reduce my Statin from 20Mg to 10Mg.

I've been taking it for about 3 years, and now I wouldn't be without it. No aftertaste, easy to swallow and definitely protecting my heart. The only product like it out there!
