It has been equally as good as the more expensive product I have been using so plan to continue to use this product. I take one per day as a health supplement.

I started taking 100mg of COQ10; however it was not Qunol. There was no change in my energy level. I started taking 200mg of Qunol Mega COQ10 each morning. I noticed an increase in my energy level after 3 days. MY energy level is not what it once was, but is a very noticeable improvement. I wish that I had tried Qunol COQ10 years ago

I take statin to control my cholesterol, and had some soreness in my muscles because of that. This product ubiquinol took the soreness away.....

Ubiquinol replenishes CoQ10 blood levels depleted by statin cholesterol medicines. I haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever and it seems like I have a little more energy. While there are several CoQ10s out there on the market, I think this is a superior product and a good value for the quality.

That means 6 capsules. Expensive and cumbersome. I will be trying the liquid form, which I understand is absorbed 100%, so I may be able to lower the dosage a bit.

Always consistent in quality, no after taste and I can tell during those short term times when, I make an effort to do without! Nope, will always stay with it till I am done here & go home for good!
