It has been equally as good as the more expensive product I have been using so plan to continue to use this product. I take one per day as a health supplement.

With the increased absorpsion rate, it has made making it much easier--not have to be so careful with taking with food or the right food. I had been taking statins 10 yrs before that, and with the extensive walking and tennis during that time, my energy levels sometimes seemed low. Since taking Qunol my body has just had more vigor and recovery speed. Will take it forever.
