But, recently, I needed to get my cholesterol down. So, my provider suggested I take 200mg (two tabs) of COQ10 with my current prescribe statin and see how I reacted to it. Notice decrease in exercise ability when I haven't taken it (tire quicker, not as much pep). Heartbeat is more steady when taking Qunol.
