Ubiqunol is the correct form of cOQ 10 for people older than 40. I am happy with this brand because it absorbs well with either fat or water.

If it was only available in 200mg and didn't have Vitamin C in it, I'd give it a 5. It definitely helps with energy at 2 per day.
