I've taken Lipitor for 20 years and you need to take CoQ10 with it. This is the best and most absorbable.

This is a big pill. It is brick red and it is large, but it is coated and I don't have any trouble with it. Of course I can't see the benefits.

Since I've been on a statin this has been taken away all the full body cramps that were a result of the statin. I can't go without this.

I really don't know for certain; but, after making a change to this product and regular exercise, my A1C has lowered and is under control.
