My energy level is much better. I broke my back years ago and have had RFA injections and epidurals....... The spasms still prevailed despite muscle relaxers. I am very impressed by the results. I am 73 and still am able to give massages! Added bonus for me. My gum health is much better. I had a triple bypass and I think the heart health properties of taking this product are approved by my cardiologist......... It's when I forget to take it that the benefit of Qunol truly reveals itself. When I don't take my daily Qunol, I feel like I'm not fully awake, and not prepared to take on the day. Instead, I'm thinking more about the day being over so I can rest on the couch with a blanket over me! Qunol makes me feel energized and provides me with a mental clarity that allows me to dive into my work as an accountant. I depend on Qunol to help me to reach my fullest potential.

I bought this product because a well renowned holistic health and integrative medicine physician recommended soft-gel ubiquinol form had more antioxidant benefits than the ubiquinone.
