I have tried all different kinds and last month I decided to try Qunol Mega Ubiquinol 100 mg. I about 3 weeks in I notice my heart was not having so many periods of beating faster but it was steady. I thought "Wow..It must be that new CoQ10 product I am taking. Thank you! I am going to play with my dose but think I can take less this bottle.

I started with this brand and was happy and then started looking at other brands to compare. After several years of doing this I keep coming back to this brand and its found easily in the stores. I found that my knees which are bone on bone and producing chronic pain even while stitting or reclining, had stopped aching all the time. It seems there are some anti inflammatory properties in this product that helps chronic inflammation. Good stuff ! Wish I had tried this years ago.
