These grains have a nice color and flavor. Some I have purchased have been gray and unappetizing looking.

Yes, I use this instead of rice ... much healthier. Quinoa is clean. All it takes is a quick rinse and cook in an Instant Pot.

I bought this and I d say it’s good quality plus good quantity also at the moment . If one of them goes down or up accordingly I’d stop buying it .

I love this, I add some garlic, salt and butter. I also add a veggie to it green beans, hominy, carrots... It just depends on what I am serving with it. Sometimes it ends up being a afternoon snack.

I wish Sam's would carry more dried goods like this in-store instead of all the pre-made junk. What's the point of having a membership to a bulk store if I can't buy things like quinoa, lentils, steel cut oats, etc.
