The flavor is very nutty and good. We use it in place of rice and pasta, try it with sure fry veggies, or salads. Save in a canister bags are a bit weak.

I have been using this Quinoa for over 8 years. It is a great quality quinoa for a great price. I use quinoa daily in my soups, smoothies, casseroles, as a substitute for meat in a plant based diet.

We found just what we were looking for in this quinoa. It is great to use for nutritional needs and versatile to trade for rice or other items in any recipe.

This was a great buy seeing as i was always buying smaller packs from stores. This is of great value and tried the recipe on the back and it was really nice.

Our family always targets organic foods - at least non-GMO, hormone-free, etc. - and we compare prices. After several times making this we find the quality comparable to other brands and the price for the amount competitive at Sam's. Quinoa is really healthy and we add it to a lot of things as well as eat it as a side or part of a main dish. It's very versatile because it doesn't have a very strong flavor of it's own.

I have been eaten Quinoa replace for rice many year.

Never have tried this before . It was good for my first attempt of making it.
