Like a nutty cousin of couscous. This stuff is great. I put a cup of quinoa with a cup and a half of broth and some butter in the instant pot, cook for 3 minutes and after a natural release of 10, it comes out absolutely perfect. Tastes amazing as a “fried rice” base or with any other kind of chicken dish. Still has a protein kind of taste, so it pairs well with vegetables too. Good brand, good product, good value. Highly recommended.

A Very Healthy Choice!

Put the bag in the freezer,  use as needed. Better than buying in small quantities.  It's high quality.

It's quinoa, it's in bulk, it's good!

I love quinoa. I always buy it here coz it is cheaper than buying it at the local grocery store. I could make this as a side dish, mixed with vegetable, salad or mixed it with my home made dog food. It is really good and healthy for you.

It used to be the best quality. Waited for so long to see this back in stock. Finally ordered a lot and ended up with a stinky smelling product after cooking. The smell is so strong that's its unbearable and spreads the whole house.

Best to worst

The bag broke spilled in the box.  Not usable!  Unacceptable packing as they had put it with other products .
